4. Vacuum cooling is used for shaping. After plasticizing, sufficient cooling is needed to maintain the specified size.

5. Traction cutting, according to the order requirements, according to a certain size to cut out qualified products.

6. After surface treatment, according to the different requirements of the product, the surface of the product is polished, embossed, roughened, presenting a realistic wood sense, and at the same time, some defects such as bright bands, scratches, precipitates and so on can be removed.

SAWP / PVC wood plastic coating co extrusion products are divided into hard and foaming materials. The production process is basically the same, and the formula is slightly different. Generally, hard products are used in situations with high load-bearing requirements and low dimensional deformation requirements, and hollow structures are used to reduce unit mass; foaming products are generally used in wallboards and edgings, and the foaming rate is controlled between 0.5-0.9 according to different use conditions.
